"Not fit to be called a hospital"

About: New Cross Hospital

Waited in A&E for 3 hours to be seen by your triage staff.

Asked the receptionist for tissues because my father was bleeding . Told me to go to the toilet , could not be bothered. The three hours I was waiting there were three receptions just chatting away.and laughing. With sick people around them . I am really worried about the care patients recieve. A three hour wait is not good enough. A&E patients need to be seen as soon as they come in and assessed to rule out danger This not the case at new cross.
