"Hysterectomy for cancer and prolapse repair in..."

About: Lincoln County Hospital

My surgeon was absolutely brilliant and all the staff on the ward were too.

Having cancer specialist teams that could be contacted at any point once the cancer was diagnosed was a huge help as well.

At no point did I feel I was abandoned but had every support I needed.

I really had very little to complain about.

Even the food was really good!

The only complaint I made was when someone came to take a blood test the morning after the op I was told to 'hold my arm out' in mid air while he dug around with the needle, so there was no support for the arm, and I did report that, but everything else was first class.
