"It seems like no one cares"

About: Western General Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

Attended cardiology recently in February at 1.30. Saw the locum. Had to leave at 4. 45 before getting the results of my test on the treadmill as I had another appointment.

A few days later the doctor phoned and left a message to phone back to discuss my results.

I phoned back twice that day to be met with an answering service and left a message to phone me back please. Again on the following day same result. 3 phone calls but nobody phoned me back regarding my results. Seems like nobody cares!
