From arrival in the littleton admission ward,into the theatre and the post operative ward.Throughout all of these departments,I felt safe,fully informed and treated very well indeed.The fact that my operation was successful made the whole experience a relaxed and enjoyable(in so far as an operation can be)experience.All the staff I made contact with during the process,did their jobs very well,and made me feel relaxed and secure,not least the porter who kindly wheeled me to the front entrance, for my lift home,after the days events.I was offered refreshments after the operation and given every comfort.To all the staff I met Tuesday 28th december 2015,thank-you all very much,from the operating team and nursing staff,to the hospital in general for such good practice.All of you made me feel confident and unafraid,which from a patients point of view is probably the most important thing.Thank-you all once again.
