"Excellent care"

I was taken to Cheltenham A & E as Gloucester was on divert, due to high demand. I was very surprised at the care that I recieved , the care was outstanding, professional, and compassionate throughout nothing was to much trouble, the staff were friendly , the band 4 nurse was amazing, I was given the right treatment quickly and effectifly and my pain was under control within minutes.

My TTO, S where ready within half an hour and I was discharged home. People have lots of negative things to say about the NHS and the treatment they receive , however I feel that people expect too much now a days and are quick enough to moan , by giving good feedback and to feel appreciated goes along way and are not noticed enough,so thank you so much for you kind and thoughtful care that I recieved. Keep up the good work. You all do an amazing job.
