What I liked
Every facility was available and used promptly: consultation, ct scan, x-ray.
The staff were great and deserve a medal for having to deal with some of the fearful fellow patients. Shouting, swearing, or just being obstreperous, or using a threatening manner.
The wards seemed full, yet the care was personal and reassuring. However, how can a patient get well with the poor food offered?
What could be improved
Food: how can a patient get well with the poor food offered? Lacking fibre!!
One person needs training on how to inserting a catheter.
Anything else?
Security guards to be more visible at assessment and admission.
