What I liked I have only just heard about this website, but my experience of this hospital date to May 2008. I felt the communication between different departments was terrible. I found the nursing staff and receptionists unhelpful and very unsympathetic. I was being treated for cancer and had no confidence in the hospital at all. My advice to anyone that needs treatment for thyroid cancer to try a different hospital as you are put in a portacabin which is old, cold and lacking facilities. You are left there for days without seeing any nursing staff. I would not recommend this old, run-down hospital to anyone.
