I have been under my Consultant since April/May 2015 who is a spinal specialist based at various sites including Euxton Hall.From day 1 they told me what I needed to improve my quality of life.They have now done 2 operations on my spine,the first was a more than expected success and the second I am in the process of recovery.From my first day attending scans,consultations and actual surgery I have been treated with great dignity and respect.I wasnt sure what to expext but this was above and beyond any of my expectations from reception staff straight through to the experts.The nurses on the ward kept me up to date on all my care and I found them pleasant always smiling and very helpful.On my last visit there was a student nurse on their training,the nurse who was training them took the time to make sure that we were both informed of what I needed to know and to what the student nurse needed to do also.At the beginning of the day the student seemed quiet and nervous but by the time of me going home later in the day you could see the change in them,they seemed a lot more bubblier and a lot more confident in themself which in my experience is down to a good trainer.All in all I would definatly recommend Euxton Hall to anybody who is in need of treatment.Iam lined up to have further procedures and in no doubt in my mind will the treatment in the future be any different to my past experiences.
