The self check out baffled the older generation with younger service users helping out.
There was a 30 min wait, but I think everyone has just become accustomed to this with the NHS.
The Surgeon was practical and informative.
The nurses and HealthCare I commend you for your compassion and empathy, you are as all nurses should be and have a huge impact on the patient experience.
