"Turned a week's hospital stay into a diverse..."

I was very impressed with the hospital's quality and standards. It put me at ease immediately to discover a private room with bath and menus for meal choices ready to select from. The staff were nothing but friendly and came from diverse backgrounds including over 20 countries and yet the care was continually consistent. Being multilingual I enjoyed speaking with many staff in their national languages, but equally I could never fault their English either. The variety meant that there was always someone new to meet, always with a smile and they spent quality time with me, and so I never felt a burden or rushed. Similarly, the catering staff were excellent and flexible with needs and choices - the soups were great and the avocado and spinach lasagna superb! I also found the cleaning staff courteous and friendly. At the end of my 6 days I did not want to leave and lingered long to say goodbye to many of the staff whom I will miss.
