"Really impressed with the care I've recevied"

I have been to East Surrey 4 times over the past year with three different problems and on the whole have been really impressed wilt the efficiency, care and attention. A & E saw me in about an hour and dealt with my eye problem really efficiently and with care and compassion. The next visit was a blood test but I have to say that wasn't quite such a good experience as the phlebotomist struggled to extract blood from me. Eventually he managed on the 4th attempt! The next two appointments were in Outpatients and were extremely efficient and caring. I was also impressed with the cleanliness. I spilt a bit of coffee on the floor and wiped it up with a white tissue, the floor was spotless! In my opinion East Surrey has really pulled it socks up since my previous visit a few years ago when my experience was not good.
