"Personal care from GP"

I was delighted with the recent high quality care I received at my GP Surgery last week. The Dr listened to all my concerns, taking them seriously, and really gave me his full attention without looking at the clock (even though I am sure he had a full schedule). I really felt the benefit of his years of experience and sage advice. He ordered several tests for me and the nurse was free to take my blood sample immediately after my appointment. The doctor then emailed me personally one day later with a copy of the results and explained what it meant.

I thought this was fantastic personalized, efficient care and I would recommend this surgery to anyone.
