"Disappointed with communication"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I have been attending this department for almost or just over twenty years now, due to having type 1 diabetes. Over these years I have see this department change beyond recognition.I thought my last appointment was  a waste of time for both me and the department due to a number of staff members not listening to a patient (me).
