"Day case unit"

I attended last week for pre-op and yesterday for my foot operation.

The nursing staff from pre-op, post surgery and throughout were fantastic. So friendly and kept me updated on what was happening, despite a delay for the surgery I was kept informed and the nurses were brilliant.

This is the second operation I have had with the surgeon and yet again the surgeon was excellent, clear explanations of what they will be doing and what to expect. Very welcoming and friendly.

If I had to return to Tiverton Hospital for any treatment I would be more than happy to do so. I take my hat off to the nurses and staff at the hospital as I know it can be a very busy job but they were all smiling and had a great manner with all patients.

My only complaint would be with the administration side of my operation but this was not at Tiverton, it was an Exeter number I had to ring and they were near on useless cancelling pre-op & operation date claiming I had done so! This caused quite a lot of stress when trying to arrange child care and work but I do stress this was not at Tiverton.
