"Urogynaecology outpatients"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

I had an outpatient appointment after an urgent deterrence my GP regarding an on going problem. My letter stated the appointment was with a named consultant or a member of their team.

I was called through by someone who never introduced themself throughout the whole consultation. They looked at myself and my mother to check which one was the patient, even though they said they had read my notes and would have known my age!

Throughout the whole consultation they focussed on one small.part of the problem.I had and would not entertain the idea of the sorting out the bigger issue. They even said at one point there was no.other problem and when I questioned why a procedure had been done in November to help this problem then if it wasntvnecessary they declined to answer my question! All in all a completely wasted appointment.
