What could be improved

everything. I had to take my father to A and E in the early hours of the morning due to abdo pain. My father had analgesia at home which did not help. He was in quite alot of distress. We were seen by the greeter and was dealt with very quickly. We were then taken to minors as we were told that the wait would be quicker. However no one checked on my father at any point. No one asked him if he needed any further analgesia. We waited for 3 hours and no one came to see us. At this point i gave up and we left the hospital. We have since contacted my fathers own doctor and they are doing further tests. We saw the senior nurse in charge of a and e who to have the worst attitude ever. It would be nice if you told patient's what was going on and also just at pretend that you care even if you don't

Anything else?

I feel disgusted with this i used to work for this hospital and wondered why we got some may complaints. All i can say is i understand why. You need to do something about your staff and their customer service. I know how hard that they work. However they chose to work their no one forced them. I feel ashamed to put on my CV that i ever worked here.
