"Communication from Elite Care"

About: Elite Care (Scotland) Ltd

(as a relative),

My Mother received a card from Royal Mail saying there was mail for her which the sender did not pay the full postage.

I went and paid the £2 postage charge, to discover that it was a letter from Elite Care listing the carers who would attend my Mother between 8th to 14th Feb 2016.

Surely this info could have been handed in by one of the carers themselves, or at least, posted with the correct postal charge

We send out weekly rotas to our clients so that they are aware of the times of visits and also the care workers who are rostered to attend. We have found in the past that Royal Mail is the most reliable way of getting our rotas out to our clients on a weekly basis.

I can only apologise that there was not sufficient postage on your Mother's rota on this occasion. Please contact me on 01334 476262 and I can arrange to reimburse you the cost of the postage.
