What I liked

Thank you to ALL of the staff on 5 East B ward who took excellent care of me during my 3 days on ward. Your attention (service) and manner made the worst few days of my life bearable. This includes the nurses, catering and cleaning staff. Also, 3 others need to be added to the list to thank for their support.

Dear Chief Executive - please note that your ground staff do you proud - they are worth a million pounds. The team that worked on me, particularly the nurses but also the doctors and surgery staff were brilliant. I would like them to know their services are much appreciated.
