(as the patient),

Recently, I was booked in for a Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy procedure. I would like to pass on my heartfelt thanks to Dr Ali and his excellent team for their efficiency and humanity in the way they mitigated my worst fears for what is an uncomfortable procedure to go through. Despite that I left feeling it was a positive experience and felt I was in good hands at every stage.

Thank you very much for your postive feedback following your Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy procedures at the Royal Infirmary. I realise that these procedures can be uncomfortable and it was lovely to hear how you were treated by the staff and felt to be in good hands.
