(as the patient),

Today I visited Good Hope Women's Clinic for a repeat procedure, for which I was extremely nervous and scared. The nurses who carried out my appointment (Jane and others) were wonderful and so kind. They really looked after me and made me feel better, going the extra mile by holding my hand when I got upset, bringing me tissues for my tears and a glass of water, even sitting me down with a lovely cup of tea afterwards while I was still shaky.

Everyone I met was an absolute credit to the NHS.
