"The word "excellent" wouldn't be enough"

About: Bedford Hospital South Wing

I gave birth in the delivery unit last friday and found this hospital absolutely fantastic.

It wasn't easy for me as I'm in Hertfordshire and my closest hospital would be the Lister in Stevenage.

I couldn't be happier about my choice. I was impressed by the thorough care I received from Community Midwives in Biggleswade

Bedford hospital's structure itself is very cosy and I could't praise the staff enough.

The only awkward moment was when I has a contraction every other minute and the young anaesthetist took a while to find the right spot..

They've been following my progress the whole time even though this wasn't my first delivery., my amazing midwife never left my side for longer than ten minutes.

I ended up with assisted delivery and I had seven staff members in my room to provide care.

I'd like to thank all off them, doctors, midwives and all the people involved in my birthing experience.
