"A difficult day made easy - thank you."

I attended the Day Surgery 1 unit at Frimley Park Hospital on 03 February. Everything about the experience was extremely professional and the staff in particular were very knowledgeable, attentive and informative. It would be easy to complain about the parking arrangements or the waiting time, but that would just be picky. All in all the experience was far better than I had anticipated. Thank you to all the staff who I had dealings with on that day, you all made a difficult day so much easier.
