"Excellent care. Some communication issues"

About: Frimley Park Hospital (Frimley)

I received excellent care during my short stay. All good points are covered in the star system.

Only criticism is that I felt that too many doctors were involved and they clearly did not communicate effectively.

By way of example, I was told that I may not need to have a procedure that I was waiting for by one consultant. Within an hour I was having it. It was not without risks.

Don't want to dwell on this, but if they honestly want to improve this is one area that needs it.
