"Still waiting for a reply"

Wrote on 10th August 2015, to complain about the lack of care given to my mother, who was admitted for "end of life" care in July 2015. Received a letter a couple of days later addressed to my late mother, which in itself was upsetting, stating they aim to provide a response within 30 working days. Recieved another letter, again addressed to my late mother, on 16th September, apologising for the delay as they were waiting for a statement from a consultant. On 27th Oct, I received another letter, this time addressed to me, saying the investigating officer was in the process of compiling a response. I phoned on 18th Jan 2016, as I'd heard nothing. Was told they would contact me to let me know what's happening. I'm still waiting!

Do not go to this hospital if you can avoid, and if a loved one is admitted for "end of life" care, don't expect much care!
