"COPD nurse was wonderful"

(as a relative),

Today a C. O. P. D nurse came out to our house to help my mum who is her 90’s who has difficulty breathing. She was wonderful, she was here for around an hour and a half and she gave me so much advice for helping my mum.

No one had given us any advice before but she had so much information it was so helpful for me and my husband as I’m her carer. Caroline was really lovely, she explained everything really well and took her time to go through my mum’s notes.

I just wanted to say a big thankyou
