"Friendly and efficient"

About: Salford Royal

I visited the Gastrointestinal and Liver out-patients department for the first time very recently. The staff were friendly, efficient and kind. The consultant answered all my questions in an informative way and without patronising, ordering the relevant tests without fuss; the nurses well helpful, friendly and good at their job (blood tests).

A great example of how a modern hospital should be run putting patients at the centre of care. It is a great help to those with chronic conditions to have faith in those who are caring for them. Thank-you.
