"Absolutely horrendous"

I telephoned NHS 111 and had an appointment at 3.20, I arrived at 3.05 and was asked to take a seat. By 4.15 I hadn't been seen so I asked at the desk how long it would be only to be told I wouldn't be seen before 5.

I ended up with a migraine from sitting beneath the awful lights and ended up not getting treatment and seeing a doctor on Monday. After spending the weekend dizzy and in pain.

I was never told there would be a long wait.
