What I liked
food excellent
What could be improved
dishcarged without half of medication discovered after discharge - unable to obtain supplies as bank holliday weekend.
Should have had outpatients apointments made and non made - when asked ward told make own and no apology given - now opd appointments very late as no slots!
Anything else?
Not enough staff on ward during stay to do basics
