I would like to express my gratitude to the consultant, the medical team who operated on me, the ITU nurses and all the wonderful nursing staff on Ward31 for their skilled and excellent treatment during my coronary artery bypass graft procedure and post-operative care. I very much appreciated the consultants continuity of care and expertise, and felt very confident and secure whilst in their care. The ITU nurses were so diligent and caring, making the period in recovery after the operation a very reassuring experience.
Once back on ward 31 I received very good individual care and support by all the staff. I was also given immediate help and information by the physiotherapy staff and cardio-.rehab team, all of which aided my recovery.
I feel most fortunate to have had such excellent treatment form dedicated, professional, compassionate staff. The doctors and nurses seem to work so hard on behalf of their patients in a very busy department. My sincere thanks to the consultant and their wonderful team for treating me and helping me back on the road to recovery.
