About: St Mary's Hospital (Melton Mowbray)

I can not fault anything with St Mary's. I had an emergency C-section at Leicester and went to St Marys for help and support with breast feeding. If it wasn't for the staff help and guidance I wouldn't of carried on breastfeeding.

The hospital is clean, quiet and relaxed compared to any big hospital. Staff always assist you and any questions no matter how stupid I thought it was they answered. Even after I was discharged I rang up to ask a question as my baby was cluster feeding and someone helped and said I could ring up anytime with any questions. It's this personal service that big hospitals don't have.

It's a shame there isn't more hospitals like this and I will tell any pregnant women to go to St Mary's

Response from St Mary's Hospital

Dear tinareidtee

Thank you for reviewing our maternity services at St Mary's.

We really appreciate your kind words and absolutely agree that St Mary's offers something our other hospitals aren't able to.

Our staff take great pride in their work and in caring for patients so it's fantastic this was reflected during (and after) your stay.

We wish you and your new addition the very best.

Thank you again - we will pass on your comments to all involved.
