About: Leicester General Hospital

After receiving a pain treatment in August 2014, that is supposed to be repeated three times a year, an enquiry as to why I have not been sent a fresh appointment yet, resulted in being told that it will be at least another 6 months wait. So it will be a total wait of at least 10 months altogether. What happened to the Government pledge to treat everyone in 18 weeks I asked? It does not apply to this was the reply.

An atrocious service that just leaves patients in pain while the well-off go private making the Doctors even richer.

It probably suits them very well to have long waiting lists. The rest of us just carry on paying taxes for no service.
