"I always will remember.good and "worst 10 days..."

About: Kingston Hospital

My baby born on 36+5, easy delivery everything was excellent (18.40). next morning (11.00) came a nurse and asked me to take my ang for blood test. We follow the nurse, after they close curtain, they passed me peace of paper and mean time start preparing my son for analyse. Well, I asked what all about, they answered with attitude if I know how to read English (well they may be surprised, because I know how to write too). Anyway, they said that they need just little bit blood for jaundice test. They began squeeze his little heel and my baby was screaming from pain, I noticed that they prepare to do another puncture (but they already had half jar of blood) so I asked why again and they rudely asked me to let them finish. I started crying and that moment my husband walked in and I ran back to ward. The nurse asked my husband "is your wife slept enough?" - I didn't slept that night, as each 3rd hour been feeding my baby and look after him. So, after 9 hours waiting they came and with smile said that there wasn't enough blood taken, they need to repeat the test. From there another 4 hours and sadly jaundice level was to high. After midwife gave me wrong advice to feed my son with formula, I had my breasts full of milk, just when the midwife catch me throwing away full bottle of my milk - they stop me and asked me to feed with it my son, because it's best for him. (He were sick all night of formula and went dehydrated, because they said to me push with formula) after that we were transferred to different unit and I said everything to Mr Consultant. My son had tube, because he went weak, because of those 48 hours mistakes.

Why us? Each time I remember that time-still hurt.
