"Friday Night Service 05 Feb 2016"

I was really impressed with the rapid response of the team, right from ringing 111 through to the call back and the doctors visit.

There was some cause for concern and I was particularly worried as I had not been well all week.

I rang 111 and the person over the phone was kind and courteous, took all my details and recommended some care advice until there was a call back from the surgery.

Within 20 minutes I had received a call back for an appointment at quarter to eight.

Thought there might be a long wait, went prepared with books to read etc, however I was called in a 8pm by a lovely doctor who was kind, caring and reassuring, checked me out thoroughly and explained what was going on and what my options were.

Overall I am really happy and pleased with the service and feel confident that I will get better very soon.
