"Excellent treatment"

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital

My husband was taken to Worcester Royal A&E last week when I called 999 and was kept in overnight on the Acute Stroke Ward.

His treatment in A&E was excellent - the nurses and doctors attended promptly and showed us courtesy and understand in very difficult circumstances and his care on the Stroke Ward was also very good.

Our only concern was that in a bay with 4 beds a female patient was included late in the day.

Obviously not a good situation as she was confused and disruptive.

But overall the care was very good from the moment we arrived until he was discharged.
