"Extremely Rude Nurse - Too nervous to go back"

I suffered an bad injury to my wrist and elbow after a fall. Went to the minor injuries unit and despite saying I was deaf the nurse didn't even come to the waiting room to get me, apparently just yelled from the reception area, someone in the waiting room told me they were calling. I did explain i was deaf on arrival.

I got in the room and they basically told me off for saying I was in pain and refused to x-ray me as wasn't prepared to x-ray two places (wrist and elbow).

I got asked to take my ring off, they moaned at me for putting on their desk and I should have put it on my other finger as apparently 'why put it there, I don't want it!'. they then went and got a splint bandage for my arm - didn't measure it, slapped it on and told me to leave.

The splint is too big and therefore pointless.I sobbed when I left.

They were so rude I daren't go back and I'm still in agony.

I'm now having to go to Kings Lynn today where I have a suspected broken wrist.

Never have I been spoken to in such a rude manner.

I'm deaf because I have Meniere's Disease and suffer a lot of falls, for someone in their position they should understand the seriousness of this illness not mock it.
