"I cannot fault anyone on ward 26 at sunderland royal"

3 weeks ago i was admitted to ward 26 for a laparoscopic operation, i was there from 3pm thurs to midday saturday, throughout my stay i had constant interactions with staff on every level an can honestly fault none, they were all fantastic and i felt, went out of their way to deliver a high level of care to me and the other 3 ladies in my bay. Having never had an operation before, i was scared, terrified to be honest, and the care and attention given to me was outstanding, particularly from a care assistant called jayne, she is an angel, she really made a difference, and the anaesthetist showed considerable care, he treated me with great respect and i feel he did everything he could to make me comfortable and to put my mind at rest, overall my experience of this ward, the staff and care given are all extremely positive.
