What I liked

I liked the fact that even though there were adverse weather conditions ie. snow and ice, the staff were running the department as smoothly and efficiently as normal. Impressed as usual by their care and commitment to the job.

What could be improved

Again due to the snow, the recovery room was understaffed so things were hurried along a little more than usual but the care I received was still extremely good ...

Anything else?

I saw my consultant on a Tuesday and was phoned and offered an appointment for an MRS scan on the following Saturday, followed by an appointment in the day surgery unit 3 weeks later and there was Christmas in between. I am very impressed with the care I have received for my ongoing medical condition. My consultant is fantastic and I feel very priviledged to have access to such good medical care.
