been waiting on the phone to main switchboard for well over 2 minutes. No reply.
Disgraceful performance at first contact.
Bored receptionist answered after 2.5 minutes.
Put through to dept. Another bored reply.
As a patient I would not want to be treated like this.
As a Dr's receptionist I would never treat a patient like this.
Get the basics right= Enough staff. The right staff.
