"Un organised kaos"

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital

The general running of this hospital leaves a lot to be disired, on first entering the car park kaos erupts, not enough parking spaces to start with, just a handful of disabled spaces, no oncology spaces, other hospitals have them, why not yours? Then, once you eventually get into the hospital, preferably without touching anything due to the continued problem with norovirus though out the hospital, the wait begins for your appointment to happen, and wait you will, 1-2 hrs is nothing unusual, why, other hospitals can keep good time? the MAU dept is a joke, not only does a&e have beds in corridors, so now does MAU, this unit is under total kaos, lots of staff rushing round getting nowhere fast, it's nothing to wait in this noisy unorganised area for many hours till a bed is found, somewhere in the hospital, anywhere will do! your no smoking ban haha really, even staff still smoke outside the front doors, the place is a wonderful building with well meaning staff, but quite clearly badly led in most departments.....
