"Fantastic emergency dental treatment"

After 10 days of agony due to tooth infection and a bad attempt of tooth extraction ny dentist I finally went to Guy's hospital and was extremely kindly treated by all concerned starting from the receptionist at the emergency desk who understood how painful my tooth was and arranged for me to be seen by the team. Not only were they all extremely understanding, kind and efficient but also their expertise was obvious and they managed to convince me to have another go at extracting the tooth with local anaesthetics. Their kindness, listening skills ensure I was treated with respect, understanding of my anxiety and nervousness. The extraction of the roots were done efficiently and without any pain. An enormous thank you to the whole team. They restored in me a little confidence in dentist surgeons!

From the nurses, the students, the dentist/anaesthetic and the surgeon dentist all were absolutely fantastic.
