What I liked
Yesterday, Jan 7th, I took an elderly friend for an appointment at the Eye Hospital.
A huge thankyou for all the outside staff who were looking after the parking,, barriers , security etc. \it was well below freezing, and to be often standing at a single point must have been really unpleasant, yet they were helpful and smiling.
