"Hospital Feedback."

Was kept waiting in waiting room for two hours without explanation or apology. Toilets were absolutely filthy. Chaotic environment. Reception staff were rude and nonchalant. After a ridiculously long wait, I was called into the consultation/treatment bay. No confidentiality whatsoever due to low walls and open plan clinic consisting of tens and tens of dental chairs. Was akin to a noisy pub. Not relaxing at all. The dental chair was covered in dirty impression material. Students were going into drawers with dirty gloves. The mirror which was handed to me was filthy. Was kept waiting alone for a good 35 minutes in the dental chair whilst the student queued to get the tutor. Appallingly rude and disrespectful tutor with an arrogant and unsympathetic attitude which made myself and the poor student feel extremely uneasy. Student asked tutor a valid clinical question which was met with a firm telling off and stripping down. Totally unnecessary and very unprofessional. Felt very sorry for the student as they started crying. This is the worst healthcare experience I have had. The place should be shut down as it appears to be failing its students and patients at the most basic level.
