I was nervous about attending the hospital because of the kind of procedure I was having, but the professional, knowledgeable staff who were caring and attentive made me feel relaxed.

This was from the Receptionists who were smiling and welcoming, showing me to my room and how everything worked to the Endoscopy nursing team, who whilst doing their job well, made me laugh and feel relaxed.

I felt very safe and well looked after throughout, knowing what to expect as the Consultant had explained everything beforehand at a level that I could understand.

Whilst I don't particularly want to have the procedure again, if I had to return, it would absolutely be to the Yorkshire Clinic.
