I have always found the staff at the blood clinic to be very professional and hard working. It is not the fault of the member staff on duty if there are delays because of shortage of staff. I have seen one member of staff have to deal with a whole waiting room of people and that member of staff has worked at a pace that would kill a younger person. It must be hard not to make mistakes if you are under pressure. But the staff are always on top of it.
If people have a problem with having to wait ages for a blood test then they should use their heads and complain to the people responsible not to the people on the front line trying to deliver a service as best they can or the fact that sometimes human beings need a tea break.
There used to be a phrase that was commonly used in our village when another person did something to help them.
It was thank you.
"Excellent staff"
