"Text feedback"

About: Huddersfield Royal Infirmary

I was very pleased with the treatment provided. Not happy with self check in but I understand this may free up staff to deal with patients. Very unhappy with the text feedback. The staff did make it clear that there was no cost to me from a pay as you go phone but the reply would not send! Surely this defeats the object of sending the text in the first place.
