"Administration nightmare"

I want to first express that the medical support I've received from the doctors of this surgery has been great.

What lets down this surgery is the gross incompetence of its administrative staff.

I have had urgent operation letters misfiled and forgot, sensitive results printed and mislaid, and more recently a request to see my medical records misfiled.

The list goes on and I've finally decided to transfer out.
