"Try to get an appointment"

I received a letter from the family practice in St. John's which read in so many words "your medical conditions class you as priority patient when calling for appointments"

If I'm high priority and can't get an appointment within a week, normal priority patients have no chance.

I'm now looking for another GP

The doctors at this surgery are fine, it's just the belittling receptionists.
