This lady’s husband was diagnosed with asbestos-related lung cancer on Christmas Eve. It was picked up straight away when he went to the doctor. He has had treatment at Wythenshawe, and support from District Nurses and McMillan nurses. He is receiving chemotherapy which caused some problems. It is going to be tweeked at the next session to try and ease the symptoms.
They are very happy with all the services provided, and the speed at which everything is going.
