"para medic and ambulance service"

We have had the services of the paramedics three times in the last 6 months and would like to rate them as excellent. The most recent use of the paramedic service by us was on Friday 3rd October and Saturday 4th October. They were with us in what seemed like minuets. They were calm, professional and very reassuring despite the worry of a broken neck and possible paralysis. They administered pain relief and monitoring. Each of the three visits we have had from this service have been from different teams and every team was so professional and caring, we felt in safe hands. However the service from the Ambulance team was poor in comparison. The two occasions we had to use them they were twice an hour late and we feel didn't show much respect or notice of the paramedics in attendance. They didn't ask many questions or information on handover. Whats more they couldn't explain the hour delays to the paramedics or to ourselves. in fact they gave the impression of not much caring or seeming particularly bothered.
