"awful hospital"

This hospital has gone downhill so much in the past decade, I'm not even sure where to start! maternity asessment for one! the place where worried pregnant people go when there may be a problem and you get dumped in a not very pleasant waiting room for sometimes hours on end where anyone can just sit if they feel like it. The last time we went my husband attempted to use the visitor toilets to be greeted with no loo roll or paper towels - it was also filthy. The staff couldn't give two hoots why you are there or if you are anxious, have no problem having a good old chat about how rubbish the management are in front of patients and think it perfectly acceptable to just ignore the patients. Apparently if you are stupid enough to have a child in the first half of 2014 then you must do so on a building site! The midwives are awful, rude, don't listen and think they know it all. The wards are old and dirty. The food is appalling,.the waiting rooms are shabby, the car parking spaces are too small - heavily pregnant woman getting out of a car parked in one of those gaps? getting a car seat in? yeah! the prices for everything; particularly the parking is a joke.
